Jessica Cruz, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Bilingual (English and Spanish) Therapist for Adolescents & Adults
I am a bicultural and bilingual therapist. I value building a genuine and therapeutic relationship with folks, which means I will individualize therapy so that it can be the most meaningful. I use a mindfulness and strengths-based approach in my sessions. I strongly believe we all possess the skills and abilities to create our desired lifestyle and goals by rediscovering self-love, practicing self-compassion, creating healthy relationships and remembering we need to be accountable to ourselves.
During my professional experiences I have worked with school age children, adolescents, adults and families. I have witnessed the mental and emotional toll that symptoms of anxiety, insecurity, stress, trauma, grief and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can have on an individual: and obstruct the individual's ability to deal with the present moment.
For a person to increase safety and connection in their lives, they must recognize what needs are not being met. There needs to be a safe place where they can express thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Together we will create a safe, compassionate and empathetic relationship, one that will promote healing, and is safe for you to be brave and vulnerable.

Specialties:
I specialize in anxiety, trauma and PTSD, as well as parenting support. I work with individuals to process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and regain a sense of safety and control. I also help parents navigate the challenges of raising children with confidence and compassion. My approach focuses on healing, empowerment, and building practical tools for emotional regulation and connection.
