Exploring the Roots of Joy & Connection

Your Costa Rica experience is more than a retreat—it’s a sacred pause designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your story, and the roots that shape how you move through the world.

Set within Costa Rica’s lush rainforests and coastal landscapes, this thoughtfully curated retreat blends restoration, self-reflection, movement, and meaningful connection in a setting that invites both grounding and expansion.

Hosted across two breathtaking locations—Manuel Antonio and La Fortuna—you’ll be immersed in nature at every turn. From jungle canopies and ocean views to waterfalls and thermal springs, each space is chosen to support deep presence, renewal, and awe.

Throughout the week, you’ll experience daily yoga, meditation, and gentle movement, alongside guided workshops and intentional group experiences that explore identity, relationships, and personal growth. These moments are balanced with ample free time to hike, surf, soak in hot springs, rest, or simply be—allowing integration to unfold naturally.

This retreat is designed to create space: space to slow down, space to listen inward, and space to reconnect with joy, meaning, and self—supported by nature, community, and intentional rest.
