Sarah Scheidt, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Therapist for Adolescents & Adults

As a licensed social worker, I am dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate the many challenges that life can bring. My clinical experience includes working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, communication difficulties, and relationship concerns.

I take a client-centered, collaborative approach that prioritizes your unique experiences, goals, and strengths. My therapeutic style is grounded in mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and I strive to be both direct and intentional in my work. Together, we will explore what’s currently holding you back, and develop realistic, meaningful goals that reflect your hopes for change and personal growth.

I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can build insight, resilience, and clarity. Life is constantly shifting, and sometimes we all need a bit of outside guidance to feel more grounded and empowered. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you identify both the inner strengths you may not yet see and the barriers that may be preventing you from living the life you want.

If you're feeling uncertain, stuck, or overwhelmed, know that you're not alone—and support is available. Let’s have a conversation and see if we’re a good fit for working together.
