This retreat is all-inclusive, all optional, retreat that is equal parts of workshops, yoga, movement, meditation, excursions, fun, relaxation, and companionship.

We will spend 4 nights in El Castillo on Lake Arenal enjoying the hot springs, tubing on the river, practicing yoga, hiking, and soaking in the natural beauty.

From there, we will travel to the lively Carribean coastal town of Puerto Viejo where we will enjoy the beautiful beaches, take a cooking and dance class, engage in mindful workshops, and make friends with some sloths!
